Retail Management Trainees
We want people who are persuasive, confident and self-starting with the ability to sell ideas to people. Applicants should have a background in retail at supervisor or junior management level and must be prepared to relocate within a region on completion of training. A full driving licence is therefore essential. (We do not expect you to have any product knowledge.)

Training and Development
We offer training and development under the guidance of an experienced manager. On the completion of training you will be promoted to a deputy manager position within the region. You can expect to be a general store manager within 18 months to 2 years.

Our purpose built modern office is situated on the outskirts of Bournemouth, within easy reach of the A338/M27. It is the administration base for the company and includes the following departments: Marketing, Buying, Finance, Human Resources and Operations.
