Punctuation

Even for Britain, the weather on Easter Monday in 1992 was unusual. Or was it 1993? There was sunshine, rain, sleet, snow, thunder, lightning and even very cold winds. You name it, we had it. My friend said that it was a sure sign of global warming. "I'm not sure," I replied. "I don't really think it is, but you can't be certain. "Whatever the reason, let's get indoors!" he shouted. "It's too cold out here." My friend's red nose seemed to agree. D'you think it could've been global warming?
