Hobbycraft offers a postal service for those of you who cannot easily travel to one of our stores or are unable to find what you want in our online shop.

Please contact us with your specific requirements or if you have a question regarding a product you may wish to purchase, our Postal Service would be more than happy to take your call.

How To Order

Make a list of the items you require.

Credit and Debit card orders can only be taken by telephone or by post for security reasons.

Telephone Call 0845 051 6522 to check availability, price and quantity.
Order Place your order whilst on the telephone (recommended for faster service).
Email Email the store with your order using our online form.
Order Form Download and print off a PDF order form that you can post to:

Methods of Payment

We accept the following Debit & Credit Cards: Visa; Switch; Delta; Mastercard.
We also accept Hobbycraft Gift Vouchers.

From 1st January 2009 Hobbycraft will no longer be accepting cheques or Postal Orders as payment.

Postage Charges & Conditions

We will send items throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the World, however we cannot send mail orders to the USA.

Minimum £4.95 postage and packaging charge per order in the UK. Please check at time of placing your order for postage and packing charges for goods being sent to Europe or the rest of the World. All items are posted. Please note Hobbycraft will not arrange courier services.

Actual postage charge depends upon weight of goods. Total postage and packaging charge will be confirmed prior to payment for goods being made.

Hobbycraft is not responsible for items delayed or lost in the post. Customers requiring a next day delivery service* as offered by the Post Office, must state this in advance when placing the order and pay the appropriate charge.

*This service is not available for orders being posted to Europe or the rest of the World and is subject to stock availability.

Upon receipt of payment, we anticipate that it will take up to 7 working days for normal postal delivery.
