App Download Guide
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad by clicking on the icon shown below:
- Type ‘Hobbycraft’ in the top search bar then press the search button on your keypad
- The FREE app will appear, click on the icon shown below:
- Click the ‘GET’ button. This will then ask you to install the app and then will download to your phone. Depending on your iPhone/iPad model, you may be asked to use your fingerprint ID instead of face ID
- Click the ‘OPEN’ button, this will open the app for you
- The app will then show how to get you started, with a walkthrough to set you up – swipe through each screen until you reach the sign in page
- Sign in or Create an Account.
- Happy crafting!
Existing Club account and online account? If you already have a login for our website, use the same email address and password to sign in to the app. You will then receive a digital Club card in the app. Please note that as long as you’ve used the same email address to log in to the app, your existing physical Club card will be linked.
Existing Club account but no online account? If you don’t have an online account, create one on the app using the same email address that is linked to your Club account. Please note that you may be a member of the Hobbycraft Club and receive emails but you may never have set up an online account, in which case you will need to create a new account.
No Club account or online account? If you do not have a Club account or an online account, create a new account on the app in just a few moments. You’ll then be able to access your digital Club card in the app and will receive your 15% off welcome reward.
Forgotten your password? Use the ‘Forgotten Password’ option underneath the ‘Sign In’ button on the app. Enter the email address you use to log in to the website and we’ll send you an email that allows you to create a new password.
