Exclent product
Hosted my first ever Macmillan Coffee Morning on 30th Sept and used the chalks to write on a mini blackboard (also bought from Hobbycraft) a thank you message for friends kind donations. Will definitely use again next year.

Nice bright chalks, colour selection a bit limited
Good chalks, they have more pigmentation in them than others I have tried. There are multiples of the same colour in the box though (only a few colours), perhaps there could have been more colours. Chalks are not too thin or fragile, which is good.

Crayola chalk
My 2 year old niece loves to crayon and draw. She was bought a blackboard for Christmas, chalk was too big. These, on the other hand are perfect for her...she ripped the top of the box and uses them daily. Think another box is due soon. Crayola is one of the best products around, may as well get them from my favourite craft shop

Crayola chalk
I purchased this product from hobbycraft and i am very happy with the purchase, this product was only available at hobbycraft and nowhere elsewhere, i am so glad they had this product as i wanted to do some diy with the chalk for my sons first birthday, the quality of the product is brillaint and the colours are all very good.

Thrown away in the bin
Bought these Crayola Chalks. Very disappointed with them. You cant write or draw with them. They are very scratchy and don't produce any marks at all. In fact they have badly scratched my chalk board. I have thrown them in the bin.
I went and bought some from another shop, a cheap unknown packet and they are perfect.

Easy to use
This is one of the resources I leave in the 'invitation to play' box by my local green area. Chiildren and adults together use them for writing onto the slates, writing menus and recipes and instructions and their names, around the 'wild' den area
