It’s the gold standard brand for embroidery
I only ever use DMC, their colour classification system can be put in a spreadsheet and you can organise all your projects so easily with it if you’re that kind of person. Never have to use beeswax or any equivalent with dmc cotton threads, it glides through fabric easily and doesn’t shed any threads or snag.
