Lovely child's tea set, poor paint
The tea set itself is great, all white in colour and ready for a child's imagination, but then that's where a child is going to be disappointed.... the paint that is supplied will not stick to the actual set. Instead it slides around leaving coloured streaks and goodness knows what the actual product will look like in comparison to the stock photo on the packaging because it would take a decade and countless litres of paint for it to even resemble anything like it should, child's ability aside. I'd struggle to recommend this based on the contents within and to date we have not been able to finish the painting due to the aforementioned circumstances. Shame really because it has potential, I just don't know how to reach it. (A dad's review on a gift purchased for his daughter)

Nice idea, but 5+ age is a bit ambitious and paint not great
This looked really promising but the paints are not great and after painting, i read the flyer and said it was really only for show and not for playing with? I don't know any 5+ child that would paint this then leave it on show, its a kids tea set if its not suitable for kids then don't sell it to kids?
Having said all of this my daughter loves it, im just not sure how long it will last!!

Disappointed
I was very disappointed with this set. My daughter bought it with her birthday money. I would have asked for my money back but she was desperate to keep it. Very cute, well made little tea set but the paint just doesn't go on properly. You can't get any decent coverage as it just slides right off! Very frustrated

Paint is terrible
Very disappointing, paint just slides around and is streaky, even after several coats. Sas it says you can't use it either.

Paint your own tea set
We brought this set as birthday present for our 4 year old. We like to have activities to do on days she doesn't have nursery. It came with lots of different coloured paints and she will be able to use the tea set in her play house afterwards.

Great for building fine motor skills
This was a lovely tea set. My niece really enjoyed painting it.
The brush could have been better and the paint pots don't close for use again.

Great fun for my 3 year old x
I brought this for my 3 year old with no high expectation but I was shocked to find it’s a lovely little set. Fill tea set all porcelain,great range of colours and none were dry or clumpy happy days :) x
Spent a afew hours over a couple days doing a couple pieces at a time an I enjoyed doing this with her as she did too x
Would recommend as it’s a nice keepsake an can be played with aswell after completing x
