My fabric isn't square!
I bought this fabric because I couldn't find any 36 count evenweave that wasn't linen, and at first I thought it was fine. It's quite stiff, but I use a frame to sew anyway. Then I finished the first of 4 coasters I'm making, and I noticed that it looked at little bit off square, so I measured the fabric. There are 18 holes per inch in one direction, but only 17 in the other! Over my just under 3 inch coaster it's out by .25 of an inch!! I'm sure the coasters will still be fine, but if you need something exactly square check the fabric before you sew it!

Happy, friendly and helpful in store staff
I visited my nearest Hobbycraft store in Worcester on a Sunday morning of lockdown. The queue time was short and well organised and the store was easy to navigate around, without the fear of bumping into other people. The staff at the till were particularly friendly and helpful, giving me time to chat and advising me of birthday offers that I was not aware of.

The fabric is great quality
The fabric is really good I yes it to cross stitch and when my work is done I wash and iron it and then get it framed. The fabric withstands all of that and looks great when there framed there really good value for money at £13 all I need in store and if I need anything the staff will order me and let me know when it's in store. Service is 10/10..

I didn't really know what I wanted to order when I walked in but this piece of fabric was absolutely perfect for my needs I have managed to create a cross stitch version of a photograph of my two kittens when they were little and it's perfect 18 count does the trip brilliant and the fabric was not too stiff to work

Perfect for creating detailed cross stitch
I have used this product in the past for a home designed cross stitich picture. The Aida fabric holds it shape well (although I do use a rectangular frame to help this). The only down side is that the edges can fray a tiny ammount. I usually count for about 4 or 5 treads coming off during sewing

Aida 18count fabric
This material is my whole life as I handsew and handcraft personalised pictures. The 18count makes my pictures look more professional also. I have looked online and I can't get this size anywhere else cheaper.

This Aida is just what was needed
I bought 18 count Aida to make an 80th birthday card, worked really well on the design which was sewn with one thread. The daffodils have come out really well and looks good against the cream card.
