Great for simple fun OR big learning!
The kids absolutely loved this - it was easy to do...didn't take so long they lost interest. And whilst it was 'forming' for 2 mins I got to teach them lots of weird wonderful facts that the little education guide had in it...things kids enjoy learning yet still learning! And at the end...a load of bouncy balls to enjoy! Definitely worth the pennies!

Easy
This is an easy project for ages 10 and up. The kit has everything needed to make 3 small and 1 large eyeball. You do have to be very gentle when removing the balls from the molds as they can break quite easily. Actual time making each ball is roughly 5 minutes but drying time is about an 1.5 hours to make sure they are fully set.

Good fun, easy to use but needs a little patience
My 10 year old really enjoyed this, cursory read of instructions, dived straight in with no need for adult help. Bit messy especially when she did not leave the largest eyeball to set for long enough. Plenty of silly fun playing with eyeballs afterwards. Just wish more of the kit was recyclable or had instructions for recycling.

I purchased this kit as a gift for my 7 year old grandson. It comes from thr "horrible science" range. First he has made the bouncy balls which is a constructive and informative process. When the balls are finished, there is the fun of playing with them and the added benefit that they look like eyeballs. Perfect for any child (subject to age suitability)
