Spring Flower Insert Card

  How To Make

  1. Cut a piece of card 20cm x 21cm and fold in half (finished size 10cm x 21cm). Cut off one corner from the front, then using double-sided tape, stick the card closed to form a pocket.

  2. Punch circles of patterned paper and glue them to the front of the pocket.

  3. Add rub on letters to a piece card, layer onto a contrasting colour card and glue to the pocket.

  4. Cut a rectangle of contrasting colour card approx 9cm x 21cm, checking it will fit into the pocket before decorating it.

  5. Draw a flower shape onto patterned paper, cut it out and stick it to the top of the piece of card. Add a circle punched from plain card for the centre of the flower.

  6. Add the flower stalk and leaves using a black pen. Colour the leaves with green pencil.

  7. Punch a hole at the top of the flower and thread through a length of ribbon. Knot to finish.
