Snakes and Ladders

What You Need:

4 foam sheets: blue, red, yellow, orange

Number outline stickers

1 pack of wobbly eyes

3m of 3mm black ribbon

Mountboard
cut to 36cm x
24 cm

Hi-tack glue

1. Measure and cut eight rectangles 6cm x 4.5cm out of each colour foam. Glue alternate colour rectangles onto the mountboard to make the board.

2. Put the numbered stickers on each rectangle, starting at the bottom left and zig-zagging to finish at the top left.

3. Cut ladders out of yellow foam, leaving a 1cm space between each rung.

4. Cut snakes out of different coloured foam in varying lengths and glue on wobbly eyes.

5. Glue ribbon around each edge of the board and over the joints in the foam to form grid lines.

6. The snakes and ladders can be fixed in place with Hi-tack glue or left loose and moved around the board giving a different game each time it is played.
