You Can Make   Halloween Batty Bats

What You Need:

Foam sheets
- black

Chenille stems -
black and white

Small wobbly
eyes

Large
pom poms
- black

Tacky glue

Scissors

  How To Make
       
 

1. Cut the main body shape out of black foam using the template provided. (Enlarge template on a photocopier if required.)

2. Before you assemble the body shape (by the tail end), glue on the black pom-pom to form the head. Add wobbly eyes and a small piece of curved white chenille for the mouth.

3. Add extra decoration and dimension to the bat's wings by adding different lengths of black chenille. Leave until the glue is completely dry.

4. Assemble the bat by carefully inserting the 'tab' into the cut slit as indicated on the template.

5. Use either as a mobile for your window or Halloween party, or string several bats onto a craft stick to take out trick-or-treating!
