1. Cut a length of 15mm wide ribbon and tie it around the bottom cake tier and secure in place with a large bow.
2. Cut flower heads off their stems, and arrange on each cake tier as required.
3. Bind the lilies, paper roses and pearl effect beaded wire together using a length of 3mm wide ribbon. Secure in place with double sided tape. Place one on each tier of cake, amongst your arranged flower heads.
