Beaded Hipster Belt

  How To Make

1. Cut two 1 metre lengths of beading wire and join them together by tying a large knot at one end.

2. Thread a beading needle on each end and thread them both through the hole in the callotte. Close the callotte tightly over the knot.

3. Thread one each of your three selected types of beads onto both wires.

4. Thread approximately twenty small beads onto each of the wires. Thread the same three original styles of beads onto one of the wires then thread the other wire through from the opposite direction, forming a loop.

5. Continue step 4 until the belt is the required length. Finish the belt with three beads threaded onto both wires.

6. Thread both wires through the hole in the callotte. Tie a large knot to secure and squeeze the callotte tightly over the knot.

7. Add a clasp at either end of the belt by taking the loop on the callotte through the loop on the clasp.
