Picture of spiral necklace and earrings being worn

Necklace:

1. Insert a 10mm Ice Perlen bead into a 14cm spiral cage by pulling either end of the spiral and pushing the bead through one of the gaps in the wire. Then attach a jump ring to the loop on the top of the cage.

2. Cut a 40cm length of tiger tail. Slide a crimp bead and then one end of the clasp on to the tiger tail.

3. Bring the end of the tiger tail back through the crimp bead, creating a loop around the end of the clasp.

4. Squeeze the crimp bead closed to secure the end of the clasp in place.

5. Thread seventy 3mm silver coloured beads on to the tiger tail.

6. Slide the spiral cage on to the tiger tail using the jump ring.

7. Thread another seventy 3mm silver coloured beads on to the tiger tail.

8. Slide a crimp bead on to the tiger tail, and then the other half of the clasp.

9. Bring the end of the tiger tail back through the crimp bead, creating a loop around the end of the clasp.

10. Squeeze the crimp bead closed to secure the end of the clasp in place.
Earrings:

1. Insert a 8mm Ice Perlen bead into a 8mm spiral cage.

2. Attach the spiral cage to the loop end of the eyepin.

3. Thread five 3mm silver coloured beads in to the length of the eyepin.

4. Thread the top of the eyepin through the loop on the stud.

5. Bend the excess length over to create a loop securing the eyepin and beads to the Stud.

6. Trim off the excess length of the eyepin.

7. Repeat steps 1 to 6 to make the second earring.

Handy Tip Tip: To create a longer length earring use more 3mm silver coloured beads.
