Beaded Star Card

  How To Make

1. Use a pencil to draw a star shape on the reverse side of a piece of coloured card.

2. Thread a needle with double thickness of thread and knot the ends together. Insert the needle from back of card through the centre of the star and bring it out to the right side. Thread on a large bead then take the needle back through to the wrong side. Pull the bead up close to the card.

3. Pass the needle through to the front of the card again and thread on your chosen beads to form a point of the star.  Thread the needle to the back of the card at the end of the point and secure the thread with tape.

4. Repeat this process for each of the points until you have a beaded star shape.

5. When the star is complete, trim around the edges of the card with fancy-edged scissors.

6. Mount the beaded card on to a white card blank using Craft Mount.
