Ribbon Bow Tree Card

  How To Make

1. Tie six bows from some narrow ribbon.

2. Cut a small rectangle shape for the tree pot out of mirror card and randomly wrap fine metallic thread around the card. Secure the thread on the reverse of the card using magic tape.

3. Arrange the bows on the front of your card blank, with three bows in the first row, two bows in the next row and one bow in the top row. In between the rows of bows add three lines of acrylic gems.

4. Put the pot in place and finish off the tree with an acrylic star embellishment. Once you are happy with the arrangement, carefully pick up one item at a time, starting with the pot and working your way up the tree, and stick in place. The pot can be attached using double sided tape. The bows are attached using a mini glue gun and the acrylic gems can be stuck with tacky glue.

Handy Tip Tip: It is easier to stick the acrylic gems if you hold them with a pair of tweezers and place a small dab of glue onto the card and then place the gem on top of the glue.
