Heart Charm (A) 1. Cut a length of hemp and thread on a central bead to form the end of the charm.  Add a sequence of beads to each side then complete by threading beads onto both strands together. 2. Wind the end of the hemp around a key ring and double it back on itself.  Cut a shorter piece of hemp and wind it tightly around the hemp, between the key ring and the last bead.  Tuck in the ends to secure. Tassel Charm (B) 1. Cut two lengths of hemp.  Fold them in half and wind both pieces through a key ring tying them loosely in a knot. 2. Thread three beads onto all the strands of hemp and tie a knot to secure.  3. Separate the four cords and decorate each one with assorted beads.  Tie a knot at each end to secure the bead tangles.  Trim off any excess hemp with scissors. Bead Charm (C)  1. Cut a length of hemp, fold it in half and tie a knot to form a loop.  Thread the loop onto a key ring. 2. Add a large bead, threading one cord through the left side and one through the right side of the bead and pull the cords tight to secure in place.  Thread a small bead onto each side of the large bead and tie knots to hold them in place. 3. Knot both ends of the hemp together then repeat step two. 4. Thread both pieces of hemp through another large bead ant tie a knot at the other end.  Add small beads to both ends tying knots on either side to secure. Beaded Star Charm (D)  1. Cut two lengths of hemp and fold in half.  Tie in a loose knot and thread the loop onto a key ring.  Thread a bead onto two central strands and another bead onto the left and right outer strands.  Repeat this process weaving the beads over and under each other so they lay in a straight line. 2. Tie knots at the ends of the hemp.  Add beads to form four tassels and secure at the end with a knot.
