Beaded Purse

What You Need:

Crocheted bag*

Assorted beads

Head pins

Wire

Round nose pliers

Wire cutters

1. Embellish an evening bag or purse.

2. Thread assorted beads onto head pins and form a loop at one end with round nose pliers. Hook each loop through the edge of the bag flap and squeeze it tight to secure.

3. Create a beaded flower cluster by threading a central bead onto wire. Weave the wire through the crochet to hold the bead in place. Thread the wire back through to the front of the flap and add another bead to form a petal. Repeat this process until the flower is complete and finish by twisting the ends of the wire together.

4. Repeat step three until you have decorated the entire edge of the flap.
