Sunflower Card

  How To Make

  1. Cut a 50mm wide strip of patterned paper to wrap around the card blank about 10mm from the base, attaching with PVA glue (or spray adhesive).

  2. Die cut 3 ‘sun’ shapes to make your sunflower, use orange and yellow handmade paper and brown card.

  3. Cut along the perforations and remove the centre from your brown sun before placing it into your ‘spots’ easy emboss folder and passing through your BigShot machine.

  4. Die cut your leaves from green handmade paper and attach to the centre of your card. Next, assemble your sunflower using sticky fixers between each layer before attaching to your card.

  5. Emboss the word ‘Friends!’ onto a piece of white card, trim to size and attach to a larger piece of blue card, trim around the base and sides leaving a 2-3mm border. Trim across the top with a pair of scallop-edged scissors before attaching to your card with sticky fixers.
