Congratulations Card

What You Need:

Card blank

Ribbon / self adhesive ribbon

Special effect card

Rub on’s

3D sticky fixers

Double sided tape

Cut a square piece of special effect card, smaller than the card blank.

Cut lengths of ribbon in assorted colours and widths and stick them to the square, wrapping them around the edges.

Attach the ribbon square to the front of the card blank with sticky fixers.

Use rub on’s to add a message to a rectangular piece of card and mount it to a slightly larger piece of card.

Stick the message on top of the ribbons with sticky fixers.
