It does the job - Perfectly
I have been using the Model Craft Finger Sander for some time - they work!!!
On the down side, although replacement /spare Sanding Bands are advertised on the back of the pack, they are virtually unobtainable, which means further Sanders have to be purchased

A really handy gadjet for detail sanding
The fact that you can get different grades of grit on the bands that fit on the sander makes it an idispensable tool for craft workers using products like balser wood, plastic or fillers and plaster of paris.

A flexible use sander ideal for plastic scale modelling
The 10mm sanding block provides a useful means of detailed sanding for plastic scale kit models and other hobbies. The angled face and long straight body mean that you can get to those difficult to reach areas especially for tidying up seams edges and sprue bumps. Being spring loaded it also means you can swap or replace sanding belts easily.

Does what it is supposed to do.
Got this to sand down where I have cut model parts from a sprue which it does perfectly. You could also use it to file down your teeth if you have fangs like a vampire.

Nice and comfortable sanding tool for small jobs.
Ergonomically great to hold when sanding snall jobs. Especially edge cleaning (burrs) after cutting.
