Great for wreath making
I used this raffia on one of the metal wreath frames from Hobby Craft, to make an autumn themed wreath, and it’s great stuff! There’s more of it than you think, so I managed to wrap it round the whole wreath with some left to spare. It looks really rustic and it’s strong material, so will last well. Very pleased with this purchase!

Easy to handle , easy to use, I;ve decorated a hat , entwinded it around paper flowers,and added it to my husband hat , stuck it on gaffer tape to stick out of his arms and legs to make him a scarecrow and me Aunt Sally for a kiddies do at Radstock Museum.

Great for wrapping presents
Love having this raffia in the house cos it adds the perfect finishing touch to presents. I like to wrap it round the top of empty coffee jars then fill them with flowers as presents for friends. Cheap and effective.

Poor
I thought this was poor for the price. It was difficult to separate the strands. Some strands really short (too short to do anything with!) so a lot of waste. Wouldn’t buy again.

Great value for money
Can be separated into strands and braided or twisted together to make a lovely trim. A variety of thicknesses, so depending on your craft project its a very versatile product.

Useful and plenty in packet
You get plenty of raffia in the packet. I used some raffia as ties to create a natural autumn wreath and the result looks great.

raffia is enviromental & can be composted
I always use raffia to tie my parcels. It looks good when used with dried flowers and leaves. No plastic to harm our waterways and soil & can be composted.

Natural flexible product
I love to create natural wrapping for presents, it looks so much more beautiful. Raffia is a great way to wrap the paper without using ribbons.
