Mail Order & Postal Service

Hobbycraft offer a mail order and postal service if you cannot easily travel to one of our stores or find what you want in our online shop.

Please call us with your exact needs on 0845 051 6522. Our Postal Service is also more than happy to speak to you about any product questions.

We recommend that you place your order by telephone for a faster service.

We can only take credit and debit card orders by telephone or post for security reasons.

How to order

Make a list of the exact items that you want. If you want to email your order, please include your name, home and delivery addresses and tell us if whether you want standard or next day delivery.

How to pay

You can pay with any of the following :

  • Visa
  • Switch
  • Delta
  • Mastercard
  • Hobbycraft vouchers

We do not accept Hobbycraft gift cards, cheques, Postal Orders, Visa Electron or American Express.

Delivery information

We send items to :

  • UK Mainland
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Lowlands Islands

We cannot deliver to any address outside of the UK, or :

  • UK Post Office (PO) Boxes
  • British Force Post Office (BFPO)
  • The Channel Islands

You will be charged a minimum of £4.95 postage and packaging for each order. The Postal Service use Royal Mail to send orders. Hobbycraft are not responsible for items delayed or lost in the post.

Our postage charges depend on the weight of the goods. We will tell you at the time of placing your order what the postage and packing charges will be.

We offer next day delivery. If you would like next day delivery please tell us before you place your order and then pay the whole amount. You can have next day delivery if we have what you need in stock.

It can take up to seven working days for standard postal delivery.
