Great service after re-opening!
Staff were as friendly and helpful as ever since re-opening! I went to pick up a click-and-collect order of yarn, and to buy the needles to knit it with. Staff rushed off to collect my parcel and there was plenty of room to browse around the store without feeling crowded, and there was plenty of stock on the shelves. Everyone who attended to me was polite, helpful, friendly and courteous, so obviously normal service is restored! Well done to the Mansbridge Southampton store!

Great needles at a great price
I bought these needles to use to knit a patchwork blanket that I'm making. The wool I'm using is the sirdar hayfield super chunky. I love the length and weight of the needles as they are perfect for my small Petite hands. I normally get cramp or soreness from the metal needles so really happy I don't with these. I will definitely purchase a few more sizes in these .

Great needles
They are plastic so if metal is what you're wanting best not get these ones. But I find using plastic is easier when making something with thick yarn that needs an 8mm needle and it's a bit bendier. Would recommend

An effective basic product
I purchased a few different types of knitting needles to try. These are plastic, lightweight, cheap and effective but I found it harder to slip stitches off the needle compared to metal knitting needles.

Had to buy new knitting needles and hadn't been to the store in a while. Was pleasantly surprised to see the range of goods for different hobbies. Will def visit again soon...

Not the easiest to work with
Never knitted with large needles before, but wouldn't necessarily choose this type again, the plastic makes the wool tight and stick so struggled a bit
