1. You may return a product purchased from HobbyCraft Postal Service provided that it is in a fully re-saleable condition and in its original packaging, within 28 days of the date on the receipt that accompanies your order.
2. If you wish to return or exchange a product as detailed above please contact our team on 0845 051 6522, and they will be happy to discuss this with you.
3. Please return the product(s) together with the receipt or other proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it.
4. Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order with us (“the contract”) at any time up to seven working days starting on the day after delivery. Notice of your intention must be made to us within the 7 day cancellation period.
5. A refund will only be credited back to the credit card holder’s account which was used to make the original purchase. We do not hold your credit card information, therefore you will be asked to provide these details again in order to process a refund. If you have paid by cheque and the cheque has cleared we will send you a refund by cheque issued from Head Office within 7 working days.
6. If you are returning a product which is faulty, a refund of the delivery charge will also be made, in accordance with our refund policy. A refund of delivery charges will only be made when a product is found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.
7. If you are returning a product which is not defective or incorrect during the 7 day cooling off period only the price of the product will be returned.
8. If you do not have any receipt or other proof of purchase we will offer you credit vouchers to the current price/value of the item.
9. Pre-cut ribbon and fabric: As these products are unlikely to be resold these products are not covered by our standard returns policy. Cut length ribbon or fabric cannot be returned as this cannot be resold.
10. Should any products be supplied as substitutes because the originally requested goods are not available, and you, the customer, had not been contacted and had not had the opportunity to agree to the substitution, we will pay for the cost of returning those items. |
