Stained everything it touched blue!
Gave a fantasticly rich blue, and I was able to make a beautiful ombré cake mixed well. Only problem was it stained everything blue. encluding everyone's teeth and lips!

Brilliant colour
I used these to colour buttercream and fondant. Best to leave overnight for colour to develop rather than just chucking a load in. It can go too dark otherwise!

Excellent depth of colour
This is a really good product. I have used it to colour both fondant and royal icing. It is very concentrated so only a very small amount is required. The only criticism that I have is that because you have to squeeze the colouring out of a tube, it is a litle harder to control the amount, especially if you are adding to Royal Icing.

Good navy colour
These colours are great as they're in a squeezy tube so easy to use. takes quite a bit to get the desired colour in buttercream and I added some black extra to get a true navy. Make sure you let it sit a while as it will darken over time.

Dependable and reliable
I can always rely on Progel for excellent quality food colours. I hadn’t tried this colour before but can confirm it was brilliant, true to colour. As with other Progel colours I've tried, a little goes a long way. Nice bold results too.

This brand is fabulous
One of the best food colour brands I've found - and I use a lot of food colouring. Colours well, great value for money and no effect on taste. The colour is great, though not as dark as I'd ideally like hence the 4 star.

Easy to use not great colour definition
So I bought this along side the baby blue it dyed the fondantveasily with minimal mess and didn't need much to get a good colour but the colour wasn't as dark as packet suggested and not that different to baby blue.
