Good quality item
Balloon is great quality and great value, but I was surprised that I had to pay £2 for helium once I got to the till as I assumed this was included and nothing stated the extra cost.

Only stayed inflated for 5 days
I bought 2 balloons for my daughters 10th birthday - one of the balloons was almost entirely deflated by the 5th day. Poor quality or poor technique used to inflate it.

Check for slow punctures before leaving!
Got filled in store as part of an 80, looked great until I got to the venue 20 mins away from the store. T’was a saggy miserable mess and I unfortunately didn’t have time to go back to change/refill it.

Great for a big celebration
These balloons were bigger than I expected. I had them filled with helium in hobbycraft and a week later they are still happily bobbing around staying inflated.
