It is good quality (I guess I have never knitted before) but it is not as pink as it looks in the photo it is actually paler.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PrincessMonkee Fantastic yarn!
I have bought most if not all of the colours available in the Bonus DK/Chunky range and it fantastic. With just about every shop selling some sort of cheap yarn you would think that this is no different to the countless others but it is amazing quality for the price. I prefer to buy acrylic yarns as I knit and crochet a lot of toys so acrylic works out to be the cheapest option but I don't want to forfeit the quality to get a bargain. This is where Bonus comes in. Even though it is 100% acrylic it is still lovely and soft, to the point that I would consider using it to knit baby clothes rather than the more expensive bamboo blend that I usually use.
It comes in a great range of colours and the size of the ball (100g) means that you shouldn't run out for small projects even if you only buy a ball or two. It doesn't shed, even when unravelled and is easily reworked once unravelled, whereas with others I have had to cut off the unravelled part and start with a fresh piece of yarn.
I cannot recommend this budget yarn highly enough and when Hobbycraft have a 3 for 2 on yarn it is even better!
