Fabulous moulds
Four moulds in this pack which covers the complete alphabet in upper and lower case and numbers too.
A previous reviewer criticised them unfairly. You have to know what you're doing with fondant. You should use only flower paste or fondant treated with CMC or Tylose powder. Place the moulds in the freezer for half an hour before you turn them out then leave your fondant letters and numbers to dry.
These are a good size if you need something slightly bigger than the usual cutters and moulds give you. They are 3.5cm high.

So disappointed!
Thought these would be ideal but absolutely no chance of getting the icing out the moulds in one piece! If there's a secret I don't know it so am hoping someone might be able to tell me. They are the perfect size and I am still hoping I can sue them...

Hard to get shapes out so far
Good quality product, good sized upper and lower case but having trouble getting them out of v flexible mould on first go. Will try with something inside shape other than icing sugar next attempt..

Product gives good results
This gives you good result if you follow the instructions on you tube. Putting the mould in fridge once filled makes it so much easier to remove the letters.

Disappointing
Very difficult to release fondant letters and numbers from mold. Comes out a bit easier after being in the fridge for few minutes, but still not great.

Difficult to use
Fondant kept sticking and letters could not be removed without distorting them. I returned the product and got the cutters instead.
