For those that prefer glass over metal in their candle-making, the Yaley Candle Crème Wax is the perfect provision for the glass container.
This aptly-named, creamy substance is the perfect wax that is smooth and silky and is often considered to be the best choice for scented candles due to its gradual release of aromas.
This means that you don’t have to use metal moulds, as with crème wax it’s often not ideal, but remember to heat up your glass to approximately 65°C (150°F) before pouring hot wax into it, otherwise the glass will either crack or there will be ‘wet spots’ that will make the candle overall look unappealing.
- Excellent adhesion to glass.
- Recommended for intermediates and professionals.
- Melting point at 52°C.
- Excellent for making scented candles.
