Really good craft kit
I bought a couple of the string craft kits to do with my son and daughter, age 7&9. Hammering the nails in was too difficult for them and time consuming, but they loved doing the string art itself.
My only negative comment is that there does not seem to be a boyish kit available. My son did the arrow string art and we changed the pink thread to a different colour, but why do the product makers seem to assume that only girls like craft. I would also add that not all girls like pink.

So easy to use
These are so easy to use, they come with pretty much everything you need apart from the hammer, you get the stencil of the picture which makes it easier mapping out the nails etc, the string part is straight forward as well, it’s a really simple idea but is super effective!

Fabulous first experience
This was my first time in a hobbycraft store. I was amazed by the variety of stock and purchased a string art product for my daughter, among other items, and she loved it! Will certainly be back to shop again.

A present to keep an active 9 year old boy engrossed and quiet for hours.
My grandson loved helping his dad hammering in the nails and, with Mum helping him with the string, the whole family enjoyed his present. With a lovely picture at the end.

Nail art.
Found it slightly boring, but wanted to try. The nails hammered in kept falling out, this was a complete pain. Might take the nails out and use them for something else.

Simple but beautiful when finished
My 10 year old daughter got so much enjoyment from this string art. It kept her focused for a while and is now displaying her beautiful work in her bedroom.
