Great material for kids
I was looking for something to help children to develop fine motor skills and this would do very nicely as an threading activity. The fact that it contains different size of beads and very colourful is really ideal for children. I'm very happy and can't wait to show it to children.

Bright colours LOTS of different shapes and sizes
Just love these beads. Top tip though to thread them can be tricky unless using a stiff thread or wire. Easily solved though by wrapping your thread around the end of pipe cleaner. Goes through everytime....

Lots of variety
Love how many types there were, lots of variety in shapes designs and colours, great for a multitude of projects. Nice big holes even in the smallest beads, so they are easy to string onto thick threads using large needles.

Great range of colours, shapes and sizes
Regrettably the holes in the wooden beads were of differing sizes which made it very difficult for little fingers to manage so some beads had to be discarded (we were making bracelets). However, on the upside the children loved choosing the beads from the different pots (colour, size etc) then making a decision as to their order . Great fun

Great product
This was our first time visiting hobbycraft and we were very happy with the whole experience. The item we needed was easy to find.
We enjoyed making necklaces and bracelets with the beads and think they are fantastic value for money and good quality for what we wanted to use them for.
