I made this cake for my family and they loved it! They said it tasted delicious and it was possibly the best reaction I could’ve asked for :) one thing I would add is that the cake took longer to cook than expected, for one I made it in a large pan, but secondly, when I tested it to check it was cooked, it made a large hole in the middle that made it take longer, so make sure if you check if it’s cooked with a knife, it could take longer, but that might just be my experience.

Easy to mix and delicious. I combined 2 packs when
making a large 12 inch rectangular cake and adjusted
the cooking time to 45 minutes. Got a perfect, even rise
and the cake was moist and had a nice light texture.

Just like homemade cakes
I bought this product as I was in a rush to make a birthday cake for a friend. Usually I would make them from scratch but due to the time constraints I tried this product and was very pleasantly surprised. A lovely moist vanilla sponge which baked a dream. Will definitly be using this again .

I use these a lot and always get a good result. They were on special offer so good value. Cheaper than the supermarkets. Unfortunately the store had sold out of most of the other flavours so I had more vanilla than I preferred. I make a sponge or 24 buns out of this size packet.

Excellent cake mix!
I have never been able to make a decent sponge in my life but this mix is the best I have ever come across! I can now make a lovely sponge that rises and it's delicious!

Time saver and delicious
Totally yummy in Grandad's birthday Victoria sponge and kids loved licking the spoon! Great that it keeps fresh in fridge too, we just didn't have any left!
