Brilliant Frame
I love this frame, I purchased this after searching high and low for one with real glass in as supposed to the plastic that seems to be in so many frames. As a family we are actively trying to reduce plastics in our home as they are so harmful to the environment so to find a glass one was perfect. Its a special purchase as it now holds a glass etching portrait of our beautiful German Shepard dog Echo who died this time last year. This was a gift for my husband and he is very pleased with it. The staff were so helpful and kind as well. A really good experience and the frame is sturdy and well worth the price.

Great quality but...
This frame is great quality and lovely. However, I purchased it to use without the mount and it just isn't possible. The clips that hold the glass and mount in place can be seen through the glass if there is no mount. This meant that I had to trim down the mount to the thinnest possible width to hide the clips but give me all the space I needed in the frame.

The perfect place for your memories
I had been looking around for a while for a frame that could display some very special memories from my childhood. The depth and style of this frame was perfect and allowed me to display a theatre program and parts of a script with room to spare. The effect is great as you can see different parts of the scripts from different angles. I've since bought three more. You find better for the price either!

This frame was perfect for the scrabble family tree I made for my mother in law. The first frame arrived and the glass was smashed. But one quick email to hobbycraft and a new frame was dispatched for next day delivery free of charge. This one was well packaged and intact. Excellent customer service.

Really nice frames
Substantial frames with mounts that look really good. I used them to display my sons medals. They did the job fine but in an ideal world I would have liked something a bit bigger with more display area. Without going bespoke this was the largest size frame I could find from any retailer in the area.

As described but fragile
I bought 2 of these. Unfortunately, the glass in one broke when I opened the back of the frame. i was much more careful with the second one but now have one with glass and one without! My advice- be very careful when opening and closing these frames.

Good quality solid deep frame
I needed to re frame an embroidery for selection in an exhibition. The frame set the work off beautifully and the picture was selected for the exhibition. Delighted.
