Not as I hoped
Really thought this would be worth the money, but I’m totally disappointed. I used it 4/5 times, only using card, hadn’t wiped or cleaned it replaced the plastic over & put it away came to cut another 4 parts (making cards) and it lost its sticky meaning the card wasn’t sticking meaning the blade tore everything. I wasted sooo much card just trying to get it right. Once I replaced the board no issue. Assume they just don’t last long.

Extra sticky!!
I recently had a cricut explore air 2 machine. It came with the light blue mat which is light grip. I found that my vinyl wasn't being held very well so bought the standard grip green mat.. wow it's sticky!! Perfect really but I do sometimes have the opposite problem with vinyl and it doesn't come off! I definitely prefer it to my blue mat though! This is the second one I bought little tip.. make sure you keep the plastic cover on it when you're not using it!! They dry out quick if not covered!

Absolute rip off
Bought a Cricut bundle with the hopes of making my own personalised items. The bundle was £219. Was aghast to discover that the fonts I would want to use were all individually priced at £4.49 plus or that I would have to sign up to a monthly payment plan to access them. On top of the cost of the machine, vinyls etc!!!!! The bundle was returned the next day and I’m now ordering personalisations etc from eBay.

I have considered other "knock-off" mats but they look too dodgy so I'm happy to pay for the Cricut brand. I have had my machine 3 years and my mats have taken some hammering. Happy to replace with these. The stick is good for vinyl but too strong for paper unless you make it less sticky by pressing it to your top!

It’s so sticky no warnings to remove stickiness before use
Was recommended for general had to buy a blue one for paper and still make less sticky
Ripped first few cuts (2£ a page so cost more than Matt in mistakes) had to ring cricut to learn this nothing online hence review

Perfect matt for the job
I brought this for the maker 3. Grdat quality and at the time I was looking it was the cheapest too. Had some hard material to work with so needed a good strong matt. This completely did the job. No complaints at all and would 100% recommend instead of the cheaper un branded ones

Cricut Standard Cutting Mat
Very good price for this mat at Hobbycraft. Never in stock low so I have to Click & Collect. Perhaps Hobbycraft should have there own mats to try for Cricut, maybe they would then have more stock?
The board does the job though. I would recommend purchasing from Hobbycraft.

Easy to use and holds so many materials
I really love this mat as it has a strong stick so it great to hold those curly vinyl's.
Easy to clean with soap and water, scrap off the gunk and let it air dry. So can be used over and over. just keep the plastic film to keep your mat clean when your not using it.
