Crimping tool
I am new to jewellery making and must admit I have spent a fortune at Hobby craft.
The only thing i needed to get going were some " crimping pliers" bought these, come to use them first time, thought I must be doing something wrong. Wasted numerous cromping beads. Then found the pliers were not moulded correctly, all they were doing was putting a slight indentation in the crimp.(also they are misaligned) They look very cheep but were the only ones available at the time. Would not recommend to buy this particular make, in fact when I took them out of the packet it looked like they had been well used prior. Looking to buy a better quality pair . Unfortunately I have not got my receipt otherwise would be taking them back.

I'm new to jewellery making so didnt want to spend too much to start with. These are a great price and do exactly what they are made to do.

This was the most disappointing item purchased. There was lateral movement at the pivot point which led to the jaws twisting and going out of line when trying to crimp. This brand was the only one available at the time and cheep. Have replaced them with better ones from the net at 5 times the price.

Just the job!
I finally decided to buy the correct tools for the job. Up to now I've used one of the flat nosed pliers and whilst they flattened the crimp okay, this tool gives a more professional finish. The pliers didn't cost much so I wasn't expecting them to be sturdy but I was pleasantly surprised.

Very easy to use
So easy to use, great grip with comfy handles. Did have to hunt them out as they were displayed wrong. An essential tool in jewellery making.

Easy grip and manage to use with ease. Some crimping tools are clumsy and to big to handle really small pieces
