Product description

Complete your projects beautifully with DecoArt Media Soft-Touch Varnish delivering a non-yellowing, polyurethane protection with a silky- smooth finish you have to feel to believe. Ideal for a crystal-clear finish when making embellishments, handmade cards, scrapbooking and home décor. Brush on one or two thin, even, smooth coats ensuring each layer is dry between coats. The fast-drying formula will leave you with a soft, matte finish that can be used to complete your projects or as powerful toothed, clear ground surface that will accept other mediums such as chalk, pastels or graphite.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unique Varnish This varnish delivers a flat matte finish but without the usual slight roughness - it is actually weirdly tactile. So long as you mix it well before use, it won't leave tide marks or brush strokes and I have found it blends in remarkably when applied over other varnishes - such as when adding something and then sealing over the top. It's a great brush on alternative to spray products like Testors Dullcote or Humbrol Matt 29. On a side note, I used it to seal a name written on a water bottle that was resistant to permanent marker leading to it rubbing off within one use. Two coats of this and it hasn't budged.
