Great way to get younger ones into painting
My son had a gift voucher to spend in hobbycraft . He bought the peacock along with a set of brushes, acrylic paints and a palet.
He is only 9 years old and loves drawing and painting. I think this was a good buy for him to start painting. Gets him thinking about 3d and detail .

It's ok...
These are good for paper mache. However we bought it for foam clay and it doesn't stick very well. The neck is also very weak so would advise people to seek a different material for clay and be aware that it needs gentle care!

Pretty Peacock
Specifically wanted an ornamental peacock but couldn't find one in the colour I wanted so decided to decoupage one. Great size and not at all 'flimsy' so very happy and looks great using the Hobby Craft paper!

Lovely peacock
Looks brilliant when you decoupage it! My son did a workshop in store making a decoupage rabbit then decided to buy this peacock to make one for his Great-Nan's birthday.

A mache made in heaven
My daughter had almost as much fun choosing her animal as she did decorating it.
They are well made and withstand some heavy handling from little hands.
