I can always find exactly what I need at Hobbycraft for my latest arts and craft project.
I have just started decopauge and I had no idea how to start. I find i get swamped with too much information with the Internet so I popped down to Hobbycraft and asked an assistant. She helped me with the basics and what I needed to buy to get started. It was so simple and my first little project has turned out beautiful!
