DMC Mouliné Special 25 Cotton Thread is a six-strand thread that is 100% cotton and available in a wonderful range of shades! This is the perfect thread for all of your embroidery work.

The threads are comprised of six easily separated strands, allowing you to adjust the thickness of your stitching by using a different number of strands. It is made up of the finest long staple Egyptian cotton and is double mercerised for a silky sheen.

The thread uses highly resistant colourfast dyes, ensuring that all of your embroidery designs will be lasting. Choose from a range of solid colours and variegated shades in the Mouliné Special 25 collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Piggy72 from Perfect for cross-stitch. This is without doubt the best cotton I have found for cross-stitch. It can be used thick or if separated, it is thin, wonderful! It is just the right length for my needs but if not, you can cut it shorter, brilliant! In summary, if you're looking for cotton, this is definitely for you. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TillyKiki from I love the colours and feel of this thread I rarely leave a Hobbycraft shop with out buying at least 4 or 5 coloured DMC or Anchor thread to add to my lovely stash which I use to make bespoke cross stitch cards for family and friends. I will only use good quality threads when I stitch so will only buy DMC or Anchor.

It looks fabulous when used in laid work as well as filling and outline stitches, lying smoothly against the fabric.
