I have bought this notebook without lines to write my thoughts and eventually use it to draw and to write - kind of a diary. The paper is thicker than a normal notebook so painting in it using watercolours is ok (it does wrinkle though so I wouldn't recommend it to use it as a watercolour journal at all), however, it's lovely to have small paintings and notes in it. The pages are thick enough to use drawings with pens/black thin markers.

This is actually the second time I have bought this exact same sketchbook... :)
I just love it, and for some weird reason the not so ‘bright’ exterior, just makes me really comfortable drawing stuff in it, even if it looks terrible :P

Amazing!!!! I’m in love!!!
I have just started drawing characters and eyes and I sometimes use markers to colour them in. With markers they usually bleed through paper but in this sketchbook the paper is quite thick so nothing bleeds through. I also chose that certain design over others because it seemed antique and so lovely that it was probably pulling me towards it. I would recommend this to all of my friends getting started in art!!!!

A lovely gift
Given as a gift for a friend who was very pleased. I bought one for myself, too, because it's lovely. Attractive, sturdy cover and good quality paper pages. Can't be beaten for the price, either. Very reasonable. Would definitely recommend as the perfect pick-me-up gift for another or for a little treat for yourself.

Idea came to mind
I was looking for a new size drawing book, then came across this one. Not the size I was looking for but just a big bigger that I had in mind. However I love the design of the cover and gave me the ideas to do drawing of my own ideas of maps that I used to do many years ago.
Very happy with this item.

Beautiful and functional sketch book
Really beautiful sketch book bought for my daughter with her birthday money, lovely paper to draw sketch and colour with pencils in, line drawing with ink also great on this paper really pleased with this!

Handy size and perfect for drawing in
Lovely quality paper for a low price and is really well protected with a hardback cover. Its a great size to carry around with you and drawing on the go. Would 10/10 recommend!
