The product looked great on the website
Unfortunately when I arrived to collect the item during lockdown, ‘click & collect’ service I was told that it could not be blown up due to there being no way of paying for the helium (as tills were closed as lockdown). I was really saddened as it was my Son’s 16th Birthday the following day. He therefore went without any balloons. Please try to think up a way to improve this area. The website does not mention this when ordering.

Excellent!!
The balloons were perfect and the assistant was quick to fill them up. I also was pleased she mentioned that they deflate in the cold but spring back to life again in the heat otherwise I would have panicked! They were the perfect addition to my dads 60th Birthday

Great price, long lasting
Purchased this item on the Tuesday ready for the Wednesday, was still great and very inflated only just starting to lose some air is almost a week later, very pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy again as they are cheaper than most other stores too!

Great balloon!
This made a fantastic birthday present and was a great surprise when my partner walked through the door. Thanks for the help from two members of staff at Beehive Centre, Cambridge! Highly recommend!
