Very good quality pencils
The Faber Castell 9000 Art Set is a very useful range of drawing pencils ranging from 2H to 8B, ensuring that there is plenty of choice to ensure a great range of tones.
They sharpen well and have very smooth coverage, not at all gritty in use.
They come in a useful tin which helps protect them in transit, and encourages me not to leave them all over the place.
Having only had cheap and cheerful drawing pencils before, these have certainly helped to
improve my drawing and shading skills.
I also bought a "jumbo" 8B pencil of the same make to see what it was like, and it's great for covering larger areas.

Incredible
These pencils are incredible. They are super easy to sharpen and hardly ever break. For the price they are definitely a must have. I’d definitely call these pencils professional because of how well they can blend using a blending stump and just how great the finished drawings look after using. I can’t wait to buy them again once mine have run out!!!

great product, reasonably priced
My daughter is currently doing A level Art at sixth form and will not use any other art resources. These pencils are the best on the market and are reasonably priced too!

Pencils are great, work really well however the writing on one of the pencils has been misprinted and the tin was dented.

Excellent set of pencils
This set of pencils covers the useful range of 8B to 2H and, quite honestly, is the business. I'm using them to draw landscapes, cartoons, maps and general illustrations, and have found that they are comfortable to write and draw with, sharpen well, and the leads are good quality with no grittiness.
