Nice range of colours and consistency
I'm not sure how permanent the colours are but there's a nice range and they're not too hard like some cheaper oil pastels, so they cover the paper quite well. I haven't used them on their own yet, though. I've mixed them with other brands. It'll be interesting to see what they're like by themselves.

Quality oil pastels starter pack
Faber Castell are a well established firm who produce quality oil pastels. The 24 pastels in the pack reflect a wide enough range of colours to create detailed, sophisticated work. Also they are a good starting point to extend your range of colours by adding individual colours from Hobbycraft's extensive range.

These oil pastels are very nice quality. I’m only a beginner who’s just trying different mediums but i didn’t really want to get bad ones. They are all very nicely pigmented and there’s more than enough different colours in this pack to create so much.

The product was exactly what I was looking for
I needed oil pastels and paper stumps to finish a painting I had started in oil class and Hobbycraft had the exact colours I needed to finish it well.

They are great considering the small price, they all fairly good, opaque and pigmented but the white is the least impressive but still great!
