Initial idea good
Look good but a bit tricky to use. I wanted them to cut out letters in icing. You have to roll out icing very thin & although dipped cutters into icing I still had a problem releasing from cutter. As letters are also joined together, I found this ackward.

Difficult to use
Managed to get the letters I needed after several attempts. Luckily I only needed 4 letters, any more and I think I would of given up. Icing kept getting stuck and letters would rip. I think I will be looking for something else next time.

Nice lettering but hard to use
The lettering looks great but it is unbelievably difficult to get a nice clean cut out. The design is so thin that getting it out of the cutter neat and in one piece is almost impossible. In the end I had to use it as a stamp to imprint the letter on the sugarpaste and then cut it out by hand

Tricky for first time baker
I only recently got into baking and bought these to decorate my daughters cake. I found them so hard to use the icing kept getting stuck in them and the letters kept ripping. Instruction with it would be great as I'm still not sure I used it correctly.

It kept ripping
I found it a bit flimsy as it had to be rolled out thinly. The fondant alphabets kept ripping. Was disappointed.

Did the job
I found it easy using this product and it came out perfectly. All you need to do is to make the fondant dry a bit and then put the alphabet cutter on it. It comes out well. Enjoyed using it and no regrets.

Do not recommend
I was so excited to purchase this item but unfortunately left so disappointed..
Its funky design is attractive but unable to use..change of fondant thickness..changing angle..very fiddly..fondant sticks..
Sorry but too many disappointments

Funky Alphabet and Numbers Cutting Set
Funky writing stencils for adding words to cakes great swirls on the letters and numbers. However the letters are all stuck together, and find it a bit annoying having to roll out the fondant and get it to the right depth after each letter as the other letters leave marks behind. The letters are definitely funky, and once i get round to mastering how to get the letters and numbers out without ripping them i'm sure this would be a great tool. However i feel i am going to have to spend more money on a different stencil that has seperate templates.
