Making Money?
The 'Siligum' moulding compound does its job very well and just as indicated on the package, but the price!!! I needed a good swallow to justify the purchase. It would get 5 stars if therewere some indication of shelf life once open.

Great moulding product
Great moulding product, so easy to mix and make impressions. It sets very quickly too. I use it for making shapes in Precious Metal Clay. Once the mould has been made, it can be used time & time again

Great detail
The putty is simple to use and makes incredibly detailed moulds of whatever you need. The mould you're left with is durable but flexible. Perfect for resin or plaster work.

Absolutely fabulous and great value for money
Excellent for molding fine detail lasts for many castings. Enough material to make quite a few molds. Well worth the price.

Buyer Beware!
The product works brilliantly to make a strong rubber mould BUT it is extortionately expensive and it will not cover the 45x45 cm stated on the packet unless you are moulding something almost flat and don't require proper sides to your mould i.e. for a 3 dimensional object. Beware it sets very quickly so don't mix both containers willy nilly or you will end up with useless unusable rubber unless you work very quickly. Best to use greaseproof paper underneath whatever you are taking a mould of, when you remove your rubber mould you will appreciate this tip. For a product costing £32 the instructions are very poor and leave many unanswered questions. I ended up having to buy 3 packs to complete my mould which looks great but I've yet to test it with plaster.

Great for beginners
First time using a moulding material and this was so easy. It took a great impression and really showed all the details, right down to the wood grain. Nice and flexible for getting the cast out without risking damage. Was able to break off the amounts needed so as not to waste the product once combined. Will definitely be buying again.
