Wonky and terrible customer service
The ‘Ginger Ray’ stickers with the barcode are very difficult to remove - don’t leave it to the last minute when getting these ready for an event. These did the job, although they bend easily and were quite wonky - but you get what you pay for.
HobbyCraft didn’t fulfil my order - we ordered 12 and only 10 arrived. Their response was to refund me £4, with no apology! Days before my wedding.
The customer service was appalling on the phone. We had to drive a 30 mile round trip to resolve this ourselves.
