What's more cracked: the item or the service?
Only reviewing because I've been sent half a dozen emails prompting it.
I ordered this to collect from my local store, and when it was handed to me it was covered by a piece of paper. Luckily I removed it as I walked out of the door as there was a massive crack down the front.
The piece of paper has a note on it saying 'check the customer is happy with the quality due to crack' which they didn't bother doing. They also should have contacted me in advance, because who wants to drive half an hour to collect a cracked guest book for their wedding? It's not even like it was discounted. Why would anyone want to pay full price for a faulty item for their wedding day when they could order a intact item elsewhere? Baffling.
Safe to say we returned it. And good thing too, because the item features a spelling mistake on one of the cards.

Great idea... Shame they didn't use spell check!
This guest book alternative is a great idea. It comes with about 60 cards in total and is in a nice enough box.
It was only upon checking the cards I noticed they had a very obvious spelling mistake! It should be RECEIVED and not RECIEVED! Very poor attention to detail. It's a shame as it ruins the whole appearance of the product.

Poor quality
Poor quality, arrived broken with the side of the box cracked and the lid not aligned. Paid via PayPal and returned to store but told I had to have a gift card because I paid with PayPal despite the product being faulty… disappointing
