Best thread of all!
I had bought some cheap top stitch thread which was a huge mistake as it kept breaking - you could even pull it apart. Gutermann thread is the finest thread you can buy, stong, smooth and the colours are fantastic.

A lovely bright gold that is metallic but does not get jammed up or curly like most metallic threads. This is doing free motion on my Advent Calendars like a dream. Superb quality.
